1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all eye tests, lens fittings, frame purchases, and related optician services provided by Frame & Focus. By booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time.

2. Optician Services & Appointments

Our professional optometrists strive to provide accurate eye assessments and prescription recommendations. Appointments for eye tests and lens consultations should be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

• Eye test results are valid for the period specified by the optometrist.
• Prescriptions from external professionals are accepted, provided they are current and valid.
• We do not take responsibility for the accuracy of prescriptions issued by third-party clinics.

3. Orders, Frames & Lenses

All bespoke orders, including prescription lenses and customized frames, are tailored specifically to your visual requirements. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your eyewear, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the lenses and frame availability. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and final fitting.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices for frames, lenses, and optical services are displayed in our boutique. Payment is typically required at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local payment methods.

5. Warranties & Returns

We stand by the quality of our eyewear. Frames and lenses come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you experience adaptation issues with your new prescription lenses, please return to the boutique within 30 days for a complementary reassessment and potential adjustment.

Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, they are non-refundable unless deemed defective. Non-prescription frames may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
